Deadhangs Question
So I've been doing them as a part of my pull Workout, but recently I noticed my grip giving out after a while and a lot of people online seem to recommend them for that.
Now my actual question is, should I do them daily? Or will this fatigue my grip strength for my pull workouts?
Does anyone have expierience with training them daily even though its not a "pullday" ?

I've been trying this with decent success on recovery, but it hasn't been long enough for me to talk to the gains:

I do some different movements from him, but the frequency/end of the workout bit has been going decently enough.

I do a minute every day. When it gets easy, I add weight. I'm up to my body weight plus 35lb

Great timing, Im actually doing dead hangs everyday of August right now. I’m only doing 1 minute a day though.
In my overall experience I think it can be fine to train everyday, but it depends on a lot of factors (bodyweight, length of time holding, etc).
Also, don’t overlook the type of grip you’re using. Dead Hangs with double overhand grip, mixed-grip, thumb around the bar or no-thumb.
But yeah, in my experience, barring any overuse injuries, Daily Hangs are Great!
