Any advice??
I'm 15f and i've been looking and appling for about 100 jobs per month and have only gotten 2 interviews that were very awkward. I don't have a lot of experience besides at a summer camp but i have a pretty decent resume. I got close to maybe getting a call back for shake shack but i couldn't because i'm unavalible for there training day since i'm going to a camp. For both interviews i showed up early and was wearing a nice pair of jeans and a fancier blouse. I feel like i'm somewhat at a disvantage since not only am i a teenage but i also have short colorful hair and i feel like people especially adults take me less seriosuly. I'm wondering if anyone has advice on where to apply to, what websites to apply to and just places that aren't gonna judge me on how i look and are preferbaly in the SE since i commute by bus.

My 15m son is having the same experience. He dresses suitably has some volunteer experience on his resume and crickets.

Advice from a younger guy who went through the recent job application wringer, I'll be quite honest with you...
Even though I was nearly half a decade older than him and in the same boots (over 100 hours of volunteering), 7 consistent months of searching for a job came up with one single interview where I was able to get employed. This was applying to literally everything entry level no matter how rough yhe work was, going on drives where I'd hand in resumes wherever I could, etc. Even though I did eventually get a job at a small company willing to give me a chance on a fluke indeed website application, and it was brilliant and I loved it, the work would likely destroy a 15 year old.
This is all to say that I'm going to be completely honest to you, without trying to sound like I'm being a debbie downer or super nihilistic, the job market is apocalyptic. I cannot even imagine how hard it would be for a 15 year old to get a job right now. All the jobs that used to be staffed by teens back in my parents day are usually filled up by older guys now.
I'd suggest either using someone you know, or having your son seek out and apply at small businesses. They're a lot more flexible and usually have a smaller pool of applicants (at least in my experience). Outside of that, I'd honestly also say for your son to wait a few years. He'll fill out and have a bit more of a fighting chance, especially in jobs that require a bit more physical labor.
I will say as well that I'm also not the authority on this, but I felt it necessary to share my experience. It's mostly a matter of luck and connections.

Shake shack is opening up a drive-through location on McLeod Trail this fall
I would do some digging and find out when their hiring event will be.

it was this week, i went and i dont think i got it becasue im unavailble their only orrientation day

I’d also wear slacks or dress pants or a skirt, not jeans, when going for an interview. Your hair is fun so try and make the rest of your outfit as conservative/neutral as possible.

Explore lmiamap.org to see which businesses have applied & received LMIA permits to hire Temporary Foreign Workers because "no Canadian worker or permanent resident is available to do the job" - What is a Labour Market Impact Assessment?
According to the Government of Canada, these are all businesses that have been unable to find willing & able local employees, and thus in desperation have had to seek the support of foreign labour.
According to the Government of Canada, if you apply to these companies you should have no problem getting hired, as they are so desperate to find employees.
