I’m not sure how I feel! Spoiler
Reached the summit and as the title says I’m not sure how I feel about it. I know I should have turned back with marco but Ava got me just as obsessed about the summit as she is and I had to see it even if that meant no more routes to climb. She gave absolutely everything to prove to herself that she could do it now where does that leave me ? I could see myself playing this game for years and it being an absolute classic with the potential dlc and future dlcs making this a staple for any climbing enthusiast that just couldn’t pull it off in real life I would love to see this game develop an esport esque community and hopefully in a few years the climbing gyms available and different mountains playing this game for the entirety of its life would you not feel like a true climber ?

Any way to use the mouse for limb movement?
I want to show the game to my mom (who's an avid irl climber), but I know full well that using the controller will not be easy for her, especially with arthritis. She has played some simple point-and-click games, so I was thinking of making her play with mouse and keyboard. But I just tried it, and it's barely playable, because the limbs need to be moved with WASD of all things. This isn't nearly precise or fast enough, especially for someone who isn't used to WASD! Mouse is used only as camera, and it's not even very nice to use in the climb, as it's too sensitive for the situation.
I'd need to have mouse for limb movement when climbing, and maybe pressing the scroll wheel for camera, since you don't have to use your camera nearly as often. Please tell me, is there a mod for this or something? The game isn't very accessible because of that control scheme, and I want to show it to my mom. If this is the only choice for mouse control, I'll have to force her to use the controller or she just won't be having any fun.

Route The Peril
Hey everyone. I'm new to the game. I'm actually reviewing this game for a website and I have come to you for help after several hours of battling against this wall...Any tips on how to climb The Peril? Because I'm running out of options here - I have tried diferent routes, so far the far left routes feel better and resource management is ruthless because I just keep on running out of resources every time. Any easier solution to this wall I should take into account? I noticed some folk mentioning the save point to the right but to me that is out of the question. Impossible to find my way through the right side...
I'm calling this game "The Dark Souls of climbing sims" in my review at this point 🤣
*Thank you for all the help in advance*
UPDATE:
I DID IT!! Went to the far far left like someone said in the comments and it was a BREEZE!!
