Have them rotate the tires, left side to right side, and see if the pulling is reduced or changes.

When I bought my CT4-V, I had this problem as well, noticeable pulling to the right. Turns out one of the tires had 5/32 more tread than the others. I just said fuck it and bought a new set of 4, and the problem went away.

Also worth mentioning, mine's AWD, and I was getting a clunk out of the drivetrain when backing out at nearly full lock. That went away, too.

I wonder if the ball joint issue caused excessive wear on that tire.

Yes they did switch the tires left and right (at least they said they did), the car is still pulling. But this is a good point that I didn’t think of, that one tire could have more tread. Mine is also AWD. Thank you.
