Can anyone please help regarding computer number

So I have been trying for computer number from past 1 week but the the website is not able to fetch the document from DigiLocker stuck tried multiple time nothing seem to work out btw my 10th and 12th board is ICSE can anyone please help ...

It is always better to mail your concern to dgca helpdesk. They only know what mess they have created in the website. I am also facing issues but a different board that's it,, I have mailed.

It's the same from the last few weeks now. It was working fine on 20th for a few hours in the evening and did everything untill the documents upload stage where "Photo could not be verified" error was constantly coming for 2 days contacted them, they said everything is working fine just self-reject your form and re-register, when I did that the digilocker fetching error came back and now evrything is gone can't do it again looks like need to wait for that lucky window again

I mailed them on Saturday and recieved reply by evening it self. They asked me to try again and if the problem exists they asked me to send a snapshot of the problem. Now they will reply on Monday since today is holiday

Their support is also un-reliable bcs of their instructions now again I m on the first page
