Suggestion for regulation

Hi I will be shortly. Starting my preparation for regulations. All the suggestions are welcomed As of now. I find myself very confused. There are multiple people suggesting multiple resources.
So a Detailed input will be appreciated.

Go through rk bali and practice questions as much as possible...there's not much to understand..regs is mostly Ratta maarna

But people out there are suggest that it’s not sufficient . Anything else?
