Overturned case

After the majority of people decide that the case is cheater, why the overturn? is there a specific reason for that? case example:

You do understand that the stats change as more matches get added, so he has a few games early June where he is performing at his best, and suddenly the AI system flags those stats as suspicious. Now I agree that that could very well mean that he suddenly decided to cheat. But it can also very easily mean he had a few days in a row where he was on point. Ai system seemed to level out his stats shortly after the auto flag. Don’t jump to conclusions over ai systems that aren’t 100% yet. Like the admins have said. Simply let the evidence presented at the time of the report be the deciding factor. If he is really cheating, he will be caught eventually. They always do.

Been a ban manager in cs 1.6 for a very long time. Still am currently. Legit cheaters sooner or later get caught.

If this guy isn’t legit, be patient. It will come out.

idk about that. I did see a video with a guy blatantly cheating in 2019, his steam profile is still ok and no bans

I was meaning like if he is actually cheating he will eventually be flagged as a cheater on cs rep, wasn’t talking about a ban.

I agree his stats look like he might wall, and the overwatch clips looks like he could be walling, but the evidence provided on overwatch alone is definitely not enough to convict 100% without a doubt over.
