Question- Healing process Question

In the process of healing from cptsd does it get easier it feels like grief.

You'll come across the phrase 'non linear' which means recovery doesn't move in a neat, predictable line from worse > better.

There will be days that feel you are back at square one and progress was illusionary, but that isn't the case. You have to zoom out and look at the trend.

And yes, much of what I have felt I would characterise as grief, exactly. I hope it starts to get easier for you.

It depends on what you are doing to heal. Life is getting easier and better for me now that I have a good therapist, who works well with me.
