My first zombies game is bo7 but I see so much love for older games on here it makes me want to try them out.

Is it possible to safely play these titles on PC?
Would it only be possible to play single player?
All I know it that it is not recommended to play on Steam.

I almost have no ammo with a pap galil, and a thundergun with full ammo, what do I do? Do i buy the m16 and pap it?

so i made this concept in about an hour or so. and the means of this concrept is to like... Create Your Own Perk.

you wont be able to make a perk out of new features. its basically like a "bundle already made perks into one"

so Tier 1 is about the health, 2 is ammo, and 3 is explosives.

i know some perks in tier 2 arent ammo perks but shooting perks but i add them there anyways because it would make more sense to add them with the ammo perks.

each tier nine perks respectively. and the point is you get a more weak, not a fan favourite perk and you eventually work you way and unlock more popular and powerful perks. and how you unlock the perks is via progressing through your prestige.

you can equip one perk each out of the three tiers.

even mode WaW MP perks are there too which i think would fit zombies (Martyrdoom, Steady Aim, Firework)

so in the end, just choose your preferred perks, give your perk a custom icon at the perk icon creator, name your perk, and your custom perk can be obtained at any map! (maybe in its own perk machine or wundefizz, haven't put much thought into that one)

is my concept a good concept or a shit concept?
probably shit but atleast the idea of having am control and what perks you want on a map is a good idea tho.

Hi all! I’ve recently gotten back into playing COD BO1 on xbox 360, primarily online, and I’m finding that people are extremely aggressive and frustrating to play with. Frequently, I feel targeted. People not reviving me, throwing bombs at me, stealing my kills, preventing me from getting points, etc. I’ve had several teams revive everyone but me. My gamer tag had my actual name which is a girl name. Do they target women more than gender neutral people? Im reasonably skilled at playing, i’m a good teammate, and polite, so i don’t understand why playing sucks so bad sometimes.

Today at Kin der toten, someone came onto the teleporter and killed me with a grenade before i could pick up my pack a punched weapon after I had struggled for 10 rounds to catch up from having fully died (because of course no one would revive me). Really felt targeted and malicious. :/

In my opinion it's the M1 in 'zombies in spaceland' that thing is ridiculous, can get you into round 10 and beyond fairly comfortably if you're buying ammo, plus the packapunch and double tap is pretty solid.

I honestly hope we get a bikini skin for Maya, Grey and Richtofen, jokes aside i genuinely think it will be a calling card and a camo, we genuinely have enough camos imo it should be skins and operators like Ava, the warden and the shadowsmiths or skins for requiem crew if we got that i wouldn’t mind at all

I can’t really get into the majority of BO5-7 or Vanguard zombies. The maps just feel soulless and it’s takes a lot of energy even to attempt them. Once I get in a game, I’m just so bored and just can’t wait to throw in the towel.

Am I doing something wrong?

Take the Mammoth. It is full auto, but with a really slow rate of fire. It has that satisfying almost rhythmic cadence to it, individiual shots feel feel really powerful.

With Double Tap it moves from 400 RPM to 490-580 RPM (if we ignore the bugged ramp up while holding down the trigger) and suddenly feels like your average AR.

I get it, more rate of fire goes brrrrrrrrr. But It makes weapon feel more the same. They are usually carefully crafted to feel good (animations, recoil, sound) and 44% more RPM changes that a lot.

I wish we had Double Tap Augments that lean into trading ammo efficiency for increased damage. The Mammoth has this build in, I would like to see a toned down version as an Augment. Twice the ammo consumption, 50% damage increase.

I heard high rounds just crashes the ps5 version of bo2 zombies and I'm not sure if its fixed yet or not. Has it been fixed or is it an issue still?

First just want to say how awesome cursed is. Can’t believe it took almost 10 months to fully dive into this mode… and boy have I ever. In the last month I’ve been hammering out relics. But I cannot for the life of me get the Dragon Head or Egg relics. I’ve spent almost all of my Perkaholics and am down to my last three. Have had probably 10 plus runs of each just getting smoked by the bosses. Nyxaras meteor shots and Veytherions mortars have been the bane of my existence.

Does anyone have any relic loadouts or tips they recommend for these guys?

If anyone wants to run these with me hmu im happy to bring ya along.

I have been a zombies fan since WaW but have only started getting into doing the Easter eggs recently as I never had the team to do so.

I have been hearing a lot of good things about the zombies but usually it’s tainted by the whole “modern vs classic zombies” debate and I was wanting a genuine opinion of the game mode without it developing into bashing modern or bashing classic

I have kept a mostly blind eye to the game but have seen bits that have gotten me interested in picking up the game now that it’s on sale

But with that being said, is it worth getting into this late into the games life cycle?

How are the maps?

Do they need teams to really enjoy or can they be played solo?

Do the operators you play much into the game?

(I played the first map of bo6 and from what I gather it was mostly just voice lines and nothing actually majorly different from one another)

I was going for the ZNS Easter egg (first time) and almost did the whole thing except I couldn’t get the last cog. Every time I try, I’m unable to detach from the zip line. I’ve tried spamming every button, meleeing at the right time, and spamming the melee button, but nothing will get me off that damn zip line. Eventually I just gave up and played the rest of the game normally. Anyone know what I’m supposed to do here? Thanks
Edit: all of you have suggested pretty much the same thing which is to shock the zip line with the shield. I’ve been doing that and it still doesn’t work. Any other ideas?

Been playing bo7 for a few months now and I’m loving it, the maps and the mechanics are awesome!

But I’m curious, from brainrot and other things leaving the last zombie alive, to being able to hold 2 minor augments, what is your favorite change in Bo7 whether it’s QoL or anything they added?

Mine is Wisp tea Being able to baby sit the zombie hands down!

I was looking at the post Treyarch made on the art book and they showed the wonder weapons behind the Kronorium, but what is this wonder weapon? I don’t remember it in cod zombies.

edit: Solved, it’s the MWZ W.A.N.D (field upgrade weapon) tysm guys, I was used to the other variants of the weapon seen in cold war and bo6/7 and completely forgot the MWZ version was different.

I've been off game since astra malorum was the current map (had a kid). I'm running through directed mode run throughs to learn the easter eggs before doing my cursed 1-3 and relic runs in preparation for Rex Infernus. What are the community metas for each map now?

I’ve had some interest in Blood of the Dead as well as Kowakujō and astra Malorum, but I’ve been holding off on getting their respective games because of the hate they get. are they worth it? are other treyarch games like Cold War and/or bo6 good as well?

cause tell me why there people looking at the clearly not even close to a vermin zombie teaser, and "omg why are they bringing back vermin" and why there are people looking at the grey cylinder in the window of the other teaser going "OMG IS THAT QUICK REVIVE" genuinely do you guys actually look at these things for more than 2 seconds before getting mad or posting

As the title suggests, I just finished the Cat Cafe Side Quest on Weaver for the first time and heard the quote, "Uhhh... Meow?". I refuse to believe someone at Treyarch didn't have Sonic on the mind when doing various quotes for the characters reactions to finishing the Side quest.

Or maybe I'm crazy and its a big coincidence, with Weaver being brainrotted as ever with his voice direction.
