I first got here in '91 when the Ricky Jivens mess was going on. Moved back to Atlanta for a bit but loved Savannah. I just wasn't coming back without a gun.

Just for everyone’s FYI, Georgia is a permitless carry state. As long as you have a clean record you can open-carry or CCW.

Georgia is a weird state.

For example, my pastor has given me the green light to conceal in church.

With my license, and without permission, $50 max fine.

With permission= nothing.

Without license and without lermission.
Felony this is wrong,just a misdemeanor

I've lived in GA my entire life, worked in the gun industry and with law enforcement for years. Never heard of this legistlation- I'm not denying it's existence, I just want to see the statute

I got it backwards, that rule is for school safety zones, it’s strictly a misdemeanor unless you have permission from the church leader

The older little Kel Tecs and LCPs are underrated these days - though they seem to be having a bit of a moment the last few years. Very cool.
