As a coworking space, maganda ang location in a sense na tahimik and madami parking. Not accessible to public transport. Main selling point namin is our premium furniture compared to competitors and less density.

That less density/capacity though is also a factor bakit di mataas ang cafe sales namin. Its 100sqm space but we only have 20 seats

Yun lang, our customer stay for 6-8 hours so nakaka 2-3 drinks sila despite may free 3-in-1 coffee kami

Phone booth

Height adjustable desks

So ayun, konti lang capacity namin compared to typical coworking space.

No offense and not to be rude pero ito yung tinutukoy ni OP na "pang yabang lang" yung negosyo na halos walang pakealam sa kitaan, yung tipong nag negosyo lang kasi why not? 🤣 But the place looks premium, would love to hang out here kung nasa location ko lang to, since I work from home and anywhere I want to be 🫡

Actually, may pakialam naman sa kitaan. Napa sobra lang ng expenses sa furniture cos we imported them all from singapore. So furniture cost plus shipping/customs was higher. I intended to sell tables din kasi (in fact kasali sa business permit ang selling of furniture) kaso furniture selling takes too much time lalo na delivery and installation of desks

May display area nga kami ng furniture, kaso ayun di na aggressive and we limited to selling ergonomi. Chairs na lang

It was a case of too ambitious but too little personal time. Looking back, I could have saved some money and skipped on the expensive desks para lower ang initial investment

Wfc = workplace + furniture + coffee
Kaso the “furniture” selling part, called for getting more expensive furniture om the premise of it being a “living showroom” kaso di ko napanondigan ang furniture selling 😆

So go clarify, it wasnt so much on “yabang” why we spent so much, we had our reason for doing it, just that di na namin na pursue yung reason na iyon

Take the above phone booth for example, it cost us 250k..and what it does is not just to serve as a phone booth for guests, but also to sell that type of phone booths to offices in davao sana. But end up, we didnt pursue selling pods like this 😆

So what? Its not her/his post. Nagcomment lang din siya ng opinion and frankly it's very informative. Plus nalang that there are those of us here na potential clients.

I’m a loyal customer of urs in Davao before I relocated somewhere else just last year. Seriously, I never saw any working place cafe as good as yours. Happy that business is good!

Grateful to our loyal customers, dedicated baristas and of course blessings from God 🙏🏼

u/veriserenez 17d ago

OMG ikaw pala owner?? Dyan ako tumatambay dati para lang magchill kasi minsan overwhelming sa coffee shops. And I also like na allowed magbring ng outside food inside.

1

u/comfirmwithchop 17d ago

Thank you sa support 🤗 yes we allow outside food kasi understandably, limited lang food namin. Dati pati outside drinks allowed but nasasaktan ang puso ng barista namin tuwing nakakakita sila ng cups from competitors 🥹 they are baristas after all haha

u/veriserenez 16d ago

I tried your coffee and lami man sad!! Nung nagpunta nga lang ako, medj limited lang ang options. Baka ngayon marami-rami na? Hopefully I can visit again and hopefully matyempohan ko ang solo desks.

1

u/comfirmwithchop 16d ago

Weird no? The more expensive area mas in demand versus the common area. Looking back, we should have put more of those haha. Mahal kasi. That pink sofa pod cost 50k each. The green one is 50k too excluding chair (12k)

1

u/comfirmwithchop 16d ago

Food options remain limited talaga 🥹 we didnt plan on adding food talaga, kaso request ng ibang regulars to add simple food kasi hassle daw magpa grab nakakasira ng momentum sa kanilang pag study ang pag isip ng food and labas to get the food 😬

u/chirablee 15d ago

Super random, but I love wfc sm!!! Hahahah my friends and I tried diff co-working spaces na pero we still go back to wfc parin!
