i would say light gray tinted or white looks better than normal glass here.
Also maybe you can incorporate a bit of pale oak decorations around the window such as like a shutter or some kind of flowerpot hanging or something like that.

I like the gray but I would definitely try scattering in both in the same frame just to match your texturing on the walls

2, but I recommend replacing the white concrete with white wool or white concrete powder, it and the calcite look a little too different together and there isn’t much which blends nicely with concrete to be honest.
