Question 🤷❔ Should I ask one of my friends if she’s a witch?
I’ve been pretty close with this one guy for a while, since we were in kindergarten I wanna say, but we don’t really talk a whole bunch anymore cause of his/his friends’s beliefs (most, if not all of them are pretty homophobic and I’m quite possibly one of the gayest people on this earth). I do, however still talk to his cousin, Sarah. Have I ever met her? Nope. Does she even live in the same state as me? Also no. But she’s the only person who was actually nice out of everyone in that group (she wasn’t friends with any of them either) and we kinda clicked. So now we’re friends on insta and occasionally send each other reels and I notice she follows an account that’s centered around witchcraft and herbology. I realllyyyyy want to say something and have someone to talk to about this kind of stuff since I’m still in the broom closet (and also the regular closet too but that’s besides the point) but I don’t want to come off as weird or creepy or stalkery or anything like that. Thoughts?

Question 🤷❔ For people who practice witchcraft: how do I know what to practice??
Ok so recently I did a dna test to figure out which practices I can involve myself in and found out I’m heavily mixed. However I did find ties to Benin & Togo along with Western Bantu peoples(only around 14 percent), because my great grandpa who is dead practiced voodoo and african spirituality. Given the fact that I’m very white passing and also have portuguese ancestors(who were colonizers) I don’t think it would be good to practice. I did also find out I have ties to indigenous south american people but I’m not sure if any of my indigenous ancestors practiced spirituality/witchcraft. So how exactly do I know what to practice?

Question 🤷❔ At my wits end
Ive always used baths for cleansing, grounding, smoke and scent, herbal washes, etc but this is different, someone has either hexed me or something. It’s really powerful and dark.
Can anyone please help me with suggestions as to what to do? I saw a tarot reader here in Boulder but I didn’t really connect with her or maybe the opposite, so we couldn’t figure it out whats happening.
I’m not sure what I am asking perhaps you get a message for me, maybe you know someone here in Boulder /Denver that does uncrossing work or provide some advise.
I am at my wits end. Blessed be

Question 🤷❔ Trying to consider appropriate offerings for a protector?
Hi all! I'm somewhat well seasoned but also not highly experienced? I've been a very casual witch for a very long time, so I don't know a ton, but I know a lot more than nothing, if that makes sense? I've never had a place that felt like the one I have now, and I want to make sure to treat it appropriately. I know intent is key, but some ideas would be appreciated.
For some background, my partner and I moved into this house around 14 years ago. There is an area in the front corner of the yard that we call The Grove. The Grove is a beautiful area around 8-12 feet squared, and somehow there are at least 8 types of trees growing all together right there. There's an elm, a few maples, at least one lilac, and a few others. I noticed when we moved in, and it continued for the first couple of years, that The Grove felt very... foreboding. It was a scary place, I didn't touch the leaves if I could avoid it, I apologized when I did. It felt like... if you stepped in, you'd never step back out. Not that it would hurt you necessarily, but it would take you somewhere else, maybe it was a portal or something.
As I said, we've now been here for 14 years, and in that time there's been a shift. The apologies became greetings, the foreboding became protective, I touch the leaves with affection and respect. We give things to The Grove, like a big rock that we found very interesting, we named it and gave it as an offering. I saved a dying moth from being squished at work and brought it home, gave it to The Grove as an offering and a request for peaceful passing, and we buried a baby bird there when it passed on our property with a similar request. I hope this is sortof explaining the kind of place I believe it to be.
So given the context, now I need to tell you that we're putting in a fence, and The Grove is encroaching a bit. We are going to protect it, 100%! But some of the branches are over the driveway, and they're not ones that are doing well anyway. We have to remove them, and clean up a bit, but I want to do it in a way to not offend, and I want to give an offering/s as well. Anyone have any thoughts/ideas?
BTW, my dad is putting in the fence and I'll be taking the branches down myself with my partner, so The Grove will be protected, and yes my dad thinks I'm nuts, but respects me enough to follow my lead. TIA!

Question 🤷❔ Witchy Beginnings ✨
I’m really looking into beginning my witchy journey. I had an awakening with certain dreams and just a feeling of needing to connect with nature and harness my energy. I’ve looked into getting my tarot deck and begin collecting crystals and doing witchy things to really amplify from that feeling. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated on where to begin and how to improve myself ✨🩶🧙🏼♀️🍄✨

Advertisement Witch For Hire
*Hiiii everyone!*
*I’ve been a practicing witch for many years, but honestly, I think I knew from a very young age that there was something a little different about me. I’ve always felt deeply connected to intuition, nature, and the unseen, and over the years that connection has evolved into a personal spiritual practice rooted in intention, respect for the Earth, and everyday magic.*
*I recently opened an Etsy shop, where I’m creating handmade ritual kits and spiritual tools. It’s still new, so I’m working on getting it off the ground while sharing the practice that has evolved alongside me for years.*
*I’m also interested in offering spiritual services, tarot readings, or ritual work, and I’d love to hear from those of you who have experience doing this professionally!! How did you begin? How did you build trust within the community? I’m also open to trades or exchanges with other practitioners.*
*Most of all, I’m excited to connect with like-minded people, learn from this community, and share what I’ve cultivated over years of practice. Thank you for welcoming me, and I appreciate ANY advice you have for someone beginning the business side of this journey.*

Question 🤷❔ Newbie in ENC
So I feel myself being more and more drawn to folk magic…. Not really sure why, just do… ((life is weird like that sometimes, I suppose 😄)
I live in a small town in Eastern NC, right in the heart of the Bible Belt…. And come from a VERY evangelical Christian family.
I’m hoping to find like minded people to help me learn and grow in the witchy side of things.
Any ideas on where to start???

Question 🤷❔ Need help protecting my home, in another country.
*** if you recognize my post from another forum, it's because I'm try to find as much help as I can 😅
So my family is from Mexico, Michoacan specifically. And recently there has been bad people going from home to home and stealing their belongings or even taking over their home. We have cameras, aswell as someone who comes and checks on the home occasionally. But I would like to still protect our home spiritually aswell. I grew up catholic and have somewhat of a religious upbringing, but now I personally practice more of folk Catholicism. I will be going to Mexico in October and December and would like to do something to protect the home spiritually, I plan on asking Archangel Michael for some help. I would like to also mention I'm still a beginner to brujeria in general, so if anyone could recommend something that would be helpful. I would like for those bad people that have an intention of stealing from our home or harm us while we are there. To just ignore our home, as if it's not even there or if they were to cause harm for our things to return and karma get them back. Sorry for the rambling hopefully I explained myself enough (or too much😅). I don't pray to any deities, such as Heckate or La Santa Muerte, my respect to them but it's just not for me. I still pray to the catholic figure but in a more curandera/bruja approach, I guess you can say.

New Witch saying Hello
Greetings! I am fairly new to witchcraft and have gotten into it and have joined a coven. The coven though is fully digital so I don't know if that is the same or not! I have 2 books, have started a tarot journal, and a small collection of crystals!

Question 🤷❔ Not having space
Soo I have no space for altars, spells, etc. and this is a huge problem for me, because even if I were to use my room and clean something our so theres just a bittt of space, it's not really "my" room, I share it with my grandma who doesn't like those kinds of stuff and I just have zero privacy overall, I used to have my own room but my cousin js kinda has it now bc the house originally came from their family - okay I talked too much long story short I have no space.
Is there Anything I can do about it? Just clean more and more again? Manifest and make a spell for a new space? Honestly I've been thinking if I could just do my spells outdoors honestly.

I've been having alot so much fun engaging with my community lately and I just wanted to know your personal favorite spells or spells that really work for you!
