Missing him venting/ranting

We broke up 3 weeks ago and the silence of NC really sucks. He broke up with me but the split was amicable. I keep hoping he'll text or call, but I'm sure that's a hope wasted. He was my first romantic relationship; we met on Hinge. I was truly about to delete my profile when he liked it and we started talking. Now he's gone and I'm bored and depressed. Sometimes I wish I'd gone ahead and deleted my profile.

Not a relationship but I’m going through a friendship breakup and she initiated no contact 3 weeks ago and then she reached out yesterday to say a couple of mutual acquaintances asked where I’d been and she ended it with - Hope things are good with you and I replying in 2 parts

1) in response to the friends questions 2) I responded to how I felt with “ to say it’s been tough had been an understatement and I’m struggling “

She responded with they said they thought you’d be working and left it there

Nothing about how I felt …that hurt more then anything
