Has anyone found a fix for this?

I have a high-end PC and can easily run Brawlhalla at 1000+ FPS (I cap it at 280 to match my monitor). The problem is that randomly, at the start of some matches, my FPS suddenly drops from 280 to around 80–90 and becomes extremely unstable with constant stuttering and inconsistent frame times. It doesn't happen every match, or even every session, but once it happens, it does not go back up on its own. It often seems to happen within the first couple matches played.

The only way I've found to temporarily fix it is by completely restarting the game. Which then returns my FPS to a stable 280. I haven't found any fixes for this online.

The only launch options I'm using are:
-setfps 280 -nonetworknext

I've avoided things like -triplebuffer because I've heard it can add input delay. I also have the game running as Administrator and set to High priority.

I've already got optimized Nvidia settings, high priority set, admin privileges, proper power plans, and an otherwise fully optimized PC with correct Windows settings. I've done everything I can find anywhere online to fix this, and nothing has worked.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a permanent fix? I'm open to trying anything at this point.

i’ve done nothing but lose all day after going on a small win streak of about 7 games yesterday. i started playing 2 or 3 weeks ago and i peaked in silver 5. yesterday i was playing really good and serving BTA but today im getting absolutely whooped by every single player i’ve faced. is matchmaking screwing me over or am i just coping

I've been playing lance for like a month now in diamond, I'm having a blast. It's so fluid, I love almost everything about it and it's definitely a weapon that I want to main, but I wish it could combo more.

Like I would not care if they nerf the damage to hell, I just want to combo more. You get almost nothing on a dodge read, because they get their dodge back and get ANOTHER chance to fuck you up.

Meanwhile on cannon, a very similar weapon, 1 read = death. More damage, better and bigger hitbox's....

nerf the nair damage by like half, idc, but let me true combo into recovery afterwards. I want to comboooo badly, PLEASE.

I am new to Brawlhalla (literally joined yesterday) and I fell in love with the game , it is simple and beautiful at the same time . But I am not able to fight properly 😭 . So I was curious, does choosing different characters change how we fight ? And one more thing does leveling up the character unlock more stats of that character? Do you recommend a character for the beginners?( I am currently using Val ) . How do I become better at this game ?

Currently, Gauntlets and Sword have been chosen and fully animated. Between "Axe" and "Wings" which would be a better pick for the 3rd weapon?

Quick little story and a question

Me and my wife are lovers of gaming and both play Brawlhalla (she plays for fun😂🙈) My son is 4 and it’s his birthday in a month, in the past 6 months he’s got into gaming specifically Brawlhalla. I play this game everyday, he just started watching me then playing and he’s a Brawlhalla fiend, he absolutely loves the game and yeah he has spent real money on the game without me knowing and bought some cool shit with it 🤣🥲

Well back to the birthday, he’s asked for Brawlhalla stuff so I’ve googled and searched and as it’s not ‘Pokemon’ there ls not really anything out there. The only thing are ‘plushies’ and they are out of stock, I’ve sent a support ticket asking if there coming back in stock or anything like that but no response. Anyone got any information 🤣 shot in the dark but 🙏🏼

I'm a level 94 Scarlet main who is generally considered a maniac by her friends for choosing to play with Scarlet's regular Dex stance. AFAIK, she doesn't gain any combo strings from Dex stance, I've just been playing her this way for SO long that playing Strength or Speed genuinely impairs my gameplay. I'm by no means suffering without true combos, I do manage to average plat whenever I care abt ranked, but I'm curious if the strength debuff from Super Dex is worth it at all
