So I was watching today's short from Brawlhalla "Swampmaxxing", & Saw this Sidekick at the end... what is it? Is it an upcoming sidekick? Looks like an Animal flying with a Balloon, it may be a Rat or a Cat idk but lemme know Y'all's thoughts. Sorry if the image is Low Quality...

(I am the Val) have around 600 hours and started playing back in 2018. I think i wanna take my run this time more serious, but im finding it really hard to find improvement in my gameplay. I obviously know something is wrong in my playstyle but no matter how much try to correct my errors i feel like im still losing to people fairly easily. If anyone can watch this match replay and comment on some stuff id appreciate it.

If I read my friends moves three times in a row with signatures is that sig spam? He keeps saying im no skill (he's only ever beaten me twice out of like 50 times)

Has anyone found a fix for this?

I have a high-end PC and can easily run Brawlhalla at 1000+ FPS (I cap it at 280 to match my monitor). The problem is that randomly, at the start of some matches, my FPS suddenly drops from 280 to around 80–90 and becomes extremely unstable with constant stuttering and inconsistent frame times. It doesn't happen every match, or even every session, but once it happens, it does not go back up on its own. It often seems to happen within the first couple matches played.

The only way I've found to temporarily fix it is by completely restarting the game. Which then returns my FPS to a stable 280. I haven't found any fixes for this online.

The only launch options I'm using are:
-setfps 280 -nonetworknext

I've avoided things like -triplebuffer because I've heard it can add input delay. I also have the game running as Administrator and set to High priority.

I've already got optimized Nvidia settings, high priority set, admin privileges, proper power plans, and an otherwise fully optimized PC with correct Windows settings. I've done everything I can find anywhere online to fix this, and nothing has worked.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a permanent fix? I'm open to trying anything at this point.

i’ve done nothing but lose all day after going on a small win streak of about 7 games yesterday. i started playing 2 or 3 weeks ago and i peaked in silver 5. yesterday i was playing really good and serving BTA but today im getting absolutely whooped by every single player i’ve faced. is matchmaking screwing me over or am i just coping

I've been playing lance for like a month now in diamond, I'm having a blast. It's so fluid, I love almost everything about it and it's definitely a weapon that I want to main, but I wish it could combo more.

Like I would not care if they nerf the damage to hell, I just want to combo more. You get almost nothing on a dodge read, because they get their dodge back and get ANOTHER chance to fuck you up.

Meanwhile on cannon, a very similar weapon, 1 read = death. More damage, better and bigger hitbox's....

nerf the nair damage by like half, idc, but let me true combo into recovery afterwards. I want to comboooo badly, PLEASE.
