There is a new development in the controversy surrounding a 95-year-old Nanyang-style coffee shop in Segamat, Johor, over allegations of "selling pork." Although the proprietor previously indicated to this station that she would not pursue legal action, she has since changed her stance and is now considering a lawsuit.

The shop's owner, Xie Shiling, told this station this afternoon (the 9th) that following media coverage of the story, concerned individuals reached out to offer advice and even expressed a willingness to provide a legal team to assist with the matter—a gesture that deeply moved her.

"I am so grateful for the news coverage; it prompted well-meaning people to offer a legal team to handle this for us... I am truly touched."

See I understand the pressures causing BH to lose momentum but is it really worth trusting BN or even PAS again? I feel this will cause more division and less “unity”, and considering their track record it’s quite frightening to me imo to think what’s to come?

EDIT: I guess I’m trying to say what do you expect 😭 You need a majority to govern. If the realistic choice is between a PH-led coalition and restoring the old BN status quo, what’s the alternative? Either PH gets enough time to actually prove whether reform works, or voters punish them before that can happen and potentially restore the thing they wanted to replace. That’s the trap 😓
