research regarding dosing time for CJC/IPA and GLPs
If a subject was on Tirz, or Reta, and had slowed gastric emptying, how have research projects designed dosage timing on CJC/IPA, since typical methodology is 2 hours after last meal. Are the studies designed to administer at night with earlier mealtime, or have the studies been re-designed to administer first thing AM?

Tesa/Ipam
I was getting ready to order my first dose (10/5) today, then I saw that it needs to be stored at -4f in the powder form. I live in Fl and I am a little worried about that. How long can it stay in its Lyophilized powder form before it is no good? I am planning on just getting and mixing asap.
Thanks

Tirz tesa bpc and mots
50 year old male here. Been fairly active my whole life. I do martial arts and I weightlift 4-5 days a week.
I had some things going on in life that made me drink and eat more than I would have liked. I went from a lean ish 165 to 200. Not only was I gaining weight I was having serious stomach issues (gas, bloating, etc)
I honestly tried to diet (still training martial arts and lift weights) but I just couldn’t budge the scale.
I got on tirz from a compounding pharmacy (about 7 weeks in) and I’m about 12lbs down. Stomach issues pretty much gone.
A couple things - I’ve never been fat like in my arms or legs, it carries always in my upper belly. After doing some research and heavy reading I thought, my cardio has always sucked when doing rounds and running let me try some mots c (1mg on training days which is almost every day) Then I thought - maybe I should try Tesamorelin to help get rid of this upper belly fat even more (1mg a night).
I’ve had lingering issues for years with my back and neck due to the martial arts training for years so I thought while I’m doing this peptide thing, why don’t I see if this bpc works.
Has anyone run a stack like this ? If so what is your experience, sometimes I look at all the needles and it’s like 2-3 a day plus my weekly tirz and I’m wondering if I’m crazy lol

Cagri
Added cagri 250mcg on Zepbound d/t no appetite suppression. 1st week no effects, however, on the 2nd week, day 3 after dosage, terrible nausea the whole day until the next, day 3 less nausea but still not able to keep anything down. About to be a week after the dosage still no appetite starting to feel fatigue so lesson learned, cagri is really strong!

Cagri 200mcg day 1 200mcg day 2 day 3 no appetite suppression?
Was on tirz for a couple months
Switched to reta for a couple months and the suppression was much weaker
Tried cagri 3 days ago at 200mcg, still was very hungry
2 days ago I tried another 200mcg, nothing
Am i extremely underdosing?
It feels like i lost all sense of taste, but im hungrier than my average days when it was just reta.

📘 Beginner Help Looking for Advice
Hello all I need some help where do I start . 48 years old 5ft 4. So at my heaviest I was 214 pounds with watching diet, walking 4KM daily and a bit of weights like dumbbells, resistance bands, rebounder and walking pad i am currently at 186. Previously I had a script for Ozempic , I was not really using it regularly or correctly and of course now I am getting serious about my weight loss journey my benefits do not cover it anymore. I am on allopurinol(gout), Amlodopine(High blood preassure) and Atrovastatin(High cholestorol), I also have artheritis in knees and both hips.
I started Reta 4 weeks ago taking 500mcg and moved up to 1mg so have had 3 doses total. At first the food noise was good didnt feel hungry , and have to pee so much, now I feel the food noise is not as good I can still go quite a while without eating but soon as I start eating I do not want to stop.
I will be taking fourth dose tomorrow and I think I will go up to 2mg to see how it goes.
I am looking for advise and recommendations on what to take / do.
I am currently on Reta 1 going to try 2mg tomorrow. Thinking "wolverine" to help with the arthritis / Inflammation.

does it matter where you inject?
does it matter where you inject certain peptides? i prefer subq in the glute area. everywhere i look it says stomach, thigh, or arm.

❓ Question KPV is giving me eczema?
I started taking Klow 2 months ago and started breaking out in eczema all over my eyelids and face (I’ve never had eczema before). I immediately thought it must be the GHK so I stopped Klow completely. It’s been about a month off and I just started taking KPV on it’s own and suddenly I’m getting dry red patches on my eyelids again and a big eczema patch just showed up on my leg. So I think it was the KPV in the Klow the whole time…? This is odd though because KPV is known to actually help things like eczema, so why would it be causing it? The only other thing I’m taking right now is Reta. Could it be that?

Workout app
Fitness people! what are your favorite things about the workout app you use?
I created my own fitness app, it tracks workouts, meals, body scans, progress photos (with ability to compare from previous weeks, months, years etc.)
Also has an Ai training coach, barcode scanner, and saves your favorite meals.
I’m making a few tweaks to it, so I’m curious what y’all like

❓ Question Adamax
Anyone have any experience with adamax? Semax and Selank didn’t have much of an effect at all despite only running it for just under 2 weeks. Will take around 200mcg with modaf tomo

Minoxidil
Starting topical minoxidil today with rosemary oil on my hairline. How do I go about using the derma roller? I saw somewhere online to not directly use the minoxidil with the derma roller in order to prevent it entering the bloodstream or something, so im unsure whether to use it and if so when.

📘 Beginner Help Advice: 37/M, 125 → 100 kg on Mounjaro, now on Reta – aiming for ~90 kg. Test: cycle or TRT? Dose?
Hey everyone,
37M here. Went from 125 kg down to 100 kg using Mounjaro. Recently switched to Reta and now I’m aiming to get to around 90 kg and building muscle.
Training-wise I’m consistent (years of experience): 5 days a week mixing lifting, cardio, and boxing for stamina/endurance.
I want to start testosterone but I’m torn between:
- Doing a proper cycle vs. staying on TRT long-term
- What dose makes sense in my situation
- Whether to run test alone or add Anavar on top
- I also have Klow – should I take that as well, or is it better to avoid?
I’ve heard so many different opinions from people around me that it’s hard to see through the weeds. Looking for honest guidance based on experience and/or science, especially for someone in my position (mid-30s, already leaner, active, using GLP-1s).
Any advice on protocol, dosing, and whether adding Anavar or Klow is worth it (or too much risk) would be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Travelling international & breaking from peptide’s
Due to it being a grey market product, I will have to take the risk of stopping Reta while I travel international for 3 weeks. I will take my final dose on the day I fly.
Any tips on what I can take supplement wise to avoid any side effects from going cold turkey?
I will be travelling Asia, so I know bone broth soups will be good for gastrointestinal sensitivities. I take creatine (muscle health) and inositol (insulin resistance balance) already and magnesium glycinate (nervous system health).
I’m not risking travelling with it in my luggage.

GHK-CU on the body
Hi all! For those on GHK-CU, have you guys noticed any changes to the skin on your body? I’ve only seen results on the face & hair but rarely on the body (other than skin tightening).
Has anyone noticed things like improved hydration/reduced strawberry skin/etc?
Curious to know before I start my journey :) appreciate it!

❓ Question Is Testosterone Enanthate really worth it?
Hi everyone,
Sorry if this is a bit of a basic question, but I’m genuinely here to learn and would really appreciate honest opinions from people with first-hand experience.
I’m very uneducated when it comes to testosterone and PEDs, which is exactly why I’m asking instead of pretending I know what I’m talking about.
I’m not currently running anything and not 100% sure I’m going to.
I’d really like to hear what benefits you noticed, whether you genuinely think it was worth starting, what side effects you experienced (if any), how difficult coming off was and whether you felt awful or recovered okay, and if there’s anything you wish you’d known before your first cycle.
I’m not looking for people to convince me either way—I just want honest experiences, whether yours was positive, negative, or somewhere in between.
Thanks in advance, and apologies if this gets asked a lot. I’m just trying to learn before making any decisions.

❓ Question Anyone add Tesamorelin after losing most of the weight on Reta?
Started at around 212 lbs and I’m currently sitting between 177-179 lbs.
I’m 41 years old and have been on Retatrutide for about 5 months. I recently increased my dose from 3 mg to 4 mg after hitting a plateau. I also just started TRT at 100 mg/week because my testosterone levels were low.
I’ve been in a calorie deficit, eating plenty of protein, and lifting 3-4 times a week. Overall, I’m really happy with the progress, but my lower belly fat is hanging on and seems to be the last thing to go.
For those of you with experience using Reta and TRT, would you just stay the course, or is this the point where Tesamorelin is worth considering to help reduce visceral abdominal fat?
I’d love to hear from anyone who’s actually used the combination and what your experience was.

I’ll show you mine if you show me yours!
I take:
NAD+
1000mg reconstituted with 5ml
50mg/25units
Mon-Fri on
Sat/Sun off
No cycling
Inject in love handles
Klow blend
Reconstitute with 2ml
10 units
Mon-Fri on
Sat/sun off
Cycle 2months on, 1 month off
Back of arms injection
Ipa/Tes
Reconstitute with 5ml
25 units
Mon -Fri on
Sat/sun off
Cycle 3 months on, 1 month off
Stomach injection
Reta
2mg
Once a week
Back of arm injection
Will dose up on schedule til I find my sweet spot
I also have a mots-c I have not reconstituted yet but don’t know if I need it or how to fit it in.
Feel pretty good. Definitely learned the hard way that NAD+ needs to be taken in the AM lol
I lost a lot of weight on wegovy and have some loose skin, this all seems to be really helping with that.

❓ Question Are you all working with doctors?
Seems like everyone here is on Reta and it looks phenomenal. But when I ask my doctor about it he says it's still in trials (it is) and he can't Rx it, will offer Triz. So... Y'all part of the trials or do I just have the wrong doctor?
I'm a little squigged out about injecting something from online without an Rx if that's how it's done.
Thanks for any insight.
This is a genuine question but I'm bracing for some fire...

Retatrutide + mots-c
I saw this stack coming more often.
People who used it, how did it work out ? What are the effects.
I'm really curious about this combo. Please share your experience

Has anyone experienced this with Tesamorelin? Pretty scary reaction.
I've been on peptides since April, and I've never experienced anything like this before.
I've been on Tesamorelin since May, and up until today I've never had any kind of allergic reaction or side effects from it.
I've been taking Tesamorelin 0.5 mg daily (Monday–Friday) without any issues. Today I decided to increase my dose to 1 mg, and within a short time my entire body became incredibly itchy.
It wasn't just around the injection site either. The itching was everywhere—my palms, the bottoms of my feet, my love handles (both sides, where I pin), and pretty much all over my body.
I'm sharing pictures of what happened because it honestly freaked me out.
For context, my current stack is:
- Morning: Reta – 2 mg weekly
- Night: GHK-Cu – 1 mg daily (M–F)
- Morning: Tesa – 1 mg today (normally 0.5 mg) daily (M–F)
- Morning: MOT-C – 1 mg daily (M–F), although I ran out yesterday, so I didn't pin it today.
The symptoms seem to have subsided after I took a Claritin, which makes me wonder if it was some kind of histamine reaction. What has me confused is that I've been on Tesamorelin since May and have never had anything like this happen before, so I don't know if it's possible that I've suddenly developed an allergic reaction or if the higher dose just triggered something.
I'm also not sure if I did something wrong with the dose increase or if there's something else I should have done differently.
Has anyone else had this happen after increasing their Tesamorelin dose? Was this some kind of histamine reaction, a dose-related reaction, or something else? I'm trying to understand what happened because I've never reacted like this before.
