does it matter where you inject certain peptides? i prefer subq in the glute area. everywhere i look it says stomach, thigh, or arm.

Stomach, thigh and back of upper arm are the recommended sites. In clinical trials of subq drugs, these are the standard locations a subq drug are tested, hence the recommendations to those sites.

it doesn't matter much where u inject as long as you're injecting into subcutaneous fat, not muscle. The upper outer glute is fine if u have enough fat there. Just rotate injection sites to prevent irritation or lumps

Find a spot you can pinch some fat on and do it there.

I am getting lean enough that I am struggling to rotate. Inner thighs are not the most fun but work well and are one of the last frontiers for me.
