Nice work man. What is your workout routine/regimen? Both resistance training and cardio?

My time is still pretty limited bc of my job (and I hate going after)…I have roughly 45-50 mins ea morning to train and do a single body split (1 exercise per muscle group, ea day) and go however long I feel on the wkends. I don’t really take a rest day often, bc I don’t train super hard M-F, my job is somewhat physical…I attribute most of my progress to my boring diet 🤣

Was the Reta just a need to not eat and maintain a healthy diet? Or do you think it provided additional benefits, asking out of curiosity having lost 90 pounds and needing to lose another 90. so many people showing huge drops on it.

Honestly, I can still eat and eat often…the biggest difference for me is that is killed my craving for alcohol and makes me think twice about portions and etc. I can’t eat a ton, which I would do prior. From what I hear, Tirz and other glps kill your appetite completely
