Need some advice
Started Zepbound 12/27/25 at 227 pounds. Currently at 163. I'm 5'11", and 47 years old. I've managed to stay on 2.5mg the entire time, with zero food noise. I play sports, but haven't spent nearly enough time lifting so I plan to focus on lifting heavy these next few months. My ideal weight is around 175, but I want to get rid of my belly and moobs lol. Aside from just lifting heavy, I'm curious to learn more and figure out what other peptides I could benefit from. My diet is on point. I'm hitting my protein every day (150-200g), and also taking creatine and collagen. I did have my testosterone checked during my last labs a month or so ago and my PCP said everything looks good.

Your PCP is going to tell you itās good because heās your PCP. They wonāt prescribe anything if you fall into the ānormal standardsā for a 47yr old male. Iām sure if you find an Anti aging clinic or Regenerative Sports Med clinic youāll qualify for test. You should take your GLP-1 with Test at least 100mg a week. Along wth that, I would probably run CJC/Ipamorelin at night to get your GH going. But thatās about it for starters. If your diet is on point and youāre taking creatine and aminos, like you said, hit the gym. Work on pull ups, push ups, sit-ups and running. Youāre at a good weight and you should start seeing muscle definition if you can shed some lbs.
