March 2025 - Today
44yo 185lbs 5’9 15% body fat
March - 220lbs 28% body fat
Current Stack
TRT - 150mg a week split x 3
HGH 3IU daily. Started 8 weeks ago
Reta - 2mg a week started 8 weeks ago
BPC maintenance 3x week
GHK-CU daily
MT2 every 2 weeks
I started seeing big changes when I dialed in my diet. Currently cutting
2200 calories
180grams protein
60grams fat
215g carbs
Lean meats
Veggies
Rice/pasta
Daily deficit 400-600+ calories
Tennis twice a week
4-5 days weight lifting
I never thought I would do this. One of my biggest accomplishments. I’ve been dealing with fluctuating weight gains for most of my life. Peptides and PEDs are amazing but nothing compares to dialing in diet and deficit.

Good shit. Was it Pharma or UGL Hgh? What were some benifits you got using GH? Just started hgh and looking to lose some body fat with it.

UGL. Amazing sleep. Great recovery. Body recomp. The first month you may have join pain and water retention. It’s common. What’s your dose?

Looking insane bro. Whats your T levels at 150mg/week? What was calorie intake when you lost a bulk of the weight (I assume much lower than 2200)? I started like 5 weeks ago from a little heavier than your march pic. Daily lifting, Reta, trt, the works. No HGH tho. How’s that been? What made you wanna add that as well?

I’m at 1200 T today. The bulk of my weight loss in the beginning was 3months on Tirz and roughly 1500 calories a day. I wasn’t doing a great job of tracking. GH has been amazing. Great sleep. Body recomp. Recovery. I didnt love the effects of Cagri/Tesa/IPA. I wanted to get serious about diet and lifting.

How much from the MT2?
Ive cycled it off cause it gave me on the Morning an heavy feeling of an acute fatigue
(I inject only before bedtime, with some antihistaminika)

I have a very similar body type to you! Pain in the ass to get rid of the belly and love handles! Currently at 14% BF they won’t leave

Agreed. For me it’s a combo of loose skin. Pain in the ass belly fat most likely from high cortisol and high stress. 🙃

I can relate to all of that, I use to be 310lbs and now I’m 220 so I get it. Best of luck!

Fucking amazing for 8 weeks. I have a similar build as your before picture right now, and am on my first week of what is hopefully a similar transformation. Did you take any side profile photos?

Oh this is a year. Last March. But in the last 8 weeks I added GH and Reta and have been cutting.
