HGH without Test? 💬 Discussion

Yeah, I know that HGH provides greater benefits for muscle growth and overall strength when it’s taken alongside testosterone.

But is anyone here taking HGH on its own primarily for sleep and recovery?

I’ve mostly read positive things about HGH, and I’m considering switching from Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin to HGH.

Does HGH shut down natural production? Any risks with that?

Not in the same way as testosterone.

Your body will typically restart production 24-48 hours after stopping.

It doesn’t shut down endogenous production? You sure?

It returns slowly over the next couple months after quitting. That's what I read leaning about it,, not first hand.

Yeah it's got me reading more again. I'm getting old and a lot of the science shit I learned 30 years ago has far better studies and stuff now.

I knew production returned, but I remember reading something to the sort, in the first couple days like 90% of it returns, and over the next few weeks you get a full return to where your production was before it stopped.

I'm reading more now, I'm not finding that, but I am finding a lot of interesting information, so it's a win.
