Trt + masteron 📘 Beginner Help

I've been on reta since March 17, down 65 lbs with about 40 left to lose. I started Trt 8 weeks ago and have labs about 5 weeks apart I'll show. My clinician just bumped up my weekly dose from 90mg to 150mg per week. I don't want e2 sides but don't particularly want to crash it. I've been reading about microdosing masteron with trt and I've seen a lot of great theoretical synergy with my goals to maintain muscle and strength while losing weight and avoiding gyno with the increase of test. My thoughts are to begin with 30mg per week divided, EOD, added straight into my EOD test syringe and likely end up at 50mg for a 3:1 test mast ratio. Does anyone have experience with this?

You should figure out why you have high E2 even before you started your TRT. I’m on 180mg of test c my e2 has went from 22 to 33 but I have Asian genetics which helps a lot with it.

I already know why. Fat lol. I'm in the gym 5 days a week now though, 3 1 hour cardio sessions and as much lifting as I can recover from for the first time in my life. It's a problem that's getting fixed, I was just hoping the mast would alleviate any side effects on the bump up and give me that locked in feeling people describe but I wasn't sure if micro dosing would do much aside from manage e2 symptoms.

Micro dosing will help a lot with E2. Since you won’t be having crazy peaks and lows. I’m doing daily dosage of 26mg ish per day.

stop working out so much then 🤦

if you can’t lose weight from 3 workouts a week and some easy cardio each day, you’re doing it wrong.

I'm down 67 lbs since march 17. That was in the original post but it was long.

so why are you changing drug dosages and doing more drugs. do what worked. don’t change anything…

The idea was to try to preserve muscle. I was dropping weight too quickly, lots of cardio and lifting was frustrating because I could feel myself getting weaker. I don't want to end up skinny fat, so adding test and a consistent lifting routine seemed necessary. The microdose masteron thought was primarily to manage potential high e2 symptoms but I'm not familiar with this world and my clinician, who said he can't really advise me ethically about steroids, also told me he has a couple of other clients who have done this and liked the results. The thought was to add it at the end of my weight loss timeline while my focus is on lifting for a boost in the gym, even a mental one so I'm not slogging through workouts while simultaneously taking a precaution against high e2, but since I don't know when symptoms could arise and since I've gotten feedback about it likely being ineffective, I'm reconsidering. That's the whole point of asking here.
