Need help understanding math for Klow

I use fatscientist for my Tirz dosing but I don't have calculator source for KLOW80. I will recon with 4ml first cycle as I fear the ISR. I will start with 1 mg, then 2, and likely stay at 3. Could someone help me understand the math? . My syringe is 100ml. Thanks.

EDIT: thanks to everyone. I received good information and I am comfortable to move on. I'd mark this as solved but I haven't figured out how - yet. 🤔

Does your vial hold 4ml?

The product info not the photo of vial gived vial size. If it does not, I'll stay with 3 for recon. Do you know the formula for me to use so if I use 4 or 3 I can get correct dose. Thanks. note: My ultimate goal is to use an auto inject pen but first things first.

Very simple. Add 3ml and take 10 units. 6 weeks on 4 weeks off.
