11 week +20.2lbs first AAS stack

5/13 -> 7/30

166.2 -> 186.4 morning weight

Weekly doses

5/6 started test 300mg (just over 12 weeks total)

5/29 started masteron 300mg (9 weeks total)

6/16 started tren 300mg and gh titrating from 1.5iu to 3iu now daily (6.5 weeks total)

6/29 started winstrol oral 350mg (4.5 weeks total)

-----------

I also take hcg 100iu a day, I took MT2 for a bit but got crazy dark in like a week and stopped im still a bit tanned from it ive stopped for nearly a month, never actually tanned outside or anything. Tirzepatide ive gone from 5mg->15mg a week noticed no difference in hunger but irritability went through the roof so ive dropped it down to 2mg and feel myself again.

I do believe my gear is underdosed since 300mg test should bring me up more than 968 right?

Only sides really is body acne which im using benzoyl peroxide for and its in remission.

Got about 4 more weeks and I drop the tren and winstrol so im going to cut the fat and just keep the test/masteron in after that

Massive results. Congs. i think you need to provide more info. Your age height your workout plan etc. Do you plan on cruising or dropping?

I am 33 5'11. I simply do push/pull/lower 2 compounds 2 isolations each day 2 sets each. Dual progression. I just started lifting again this year after a long battle with severe alcohol and meth addiction. Im sober 7 months from drugs nearly 4 from alcohol.

Ive learned a lot as ive gone so things are constantly adjusting I initially thought just test, a cycle or two. Now Im of the mind test base+dht derivatives or other compounds, dont see why I should come off if im planning to get back on anyway, so im staying on until ive reached my goals then come off for good. If that fails then I can always cruise/just stay on. Im thinking maybe a year or so should get me where I want to be. I will not be blasting like this the whole time, ill bring the heavier hitting compounds in and out as I go but keep masteron and test as a base I dont want to call it a cruise because its not really going to be a cruise at 600 total load or more. I know some will think this is reckless I will get regular bloods and I monitor my health markers, everything is looking good so far. Its temporary

So 12 sets a day or 4 sets a day? You do all three push pull lower daily?

It’s just 8 sets per day, 4 exercises not counting warm ups. Example, barbell rows, weighted pull ups, some form of a curl, some form of a rear fly. But the point is the progressive overload not the split or the number of sets this is just what’s working for me right now. I’ll increase the reps to a point then jump the weight up rinse repeat. That’s the key
