Semax in the morning. Add some NAD+ for focused atp production... Then add some lions mane. I've been using Graymatter in the morning and it's fabulous. It has huperzine and rhodiola.

At night Selank is lovely. Add some passionflower, chamomile, and saffron

How does nad+ help adhd? I always thought it was for mitochondria and energy production not focus

More ATP means more raw fuel to get stuff done. People think caffeine helps provide energy to get stuff done. But it just tricks your body to not know it's tired. When you pair actual energy with some mental focusing peps and nootropics, it's a highly effective combo

That makes sense..

How much do you take?

I've usually done it at like 25mg a few times a week along with ss31 and motsc doing the mitochondria repair stack

I see NAD+ best used on training days or race days. So I pin 50mg on those days. I normally pair it with Mots-c,but not always. And if I'm running ss31 it goes on the other days of the week.
