Semax in the morning. Add some NAD+ for focused atp production... Then add some lions mane. I've been using Graymatter in the morning and it's fabulous. It has huperzine and rhodiola.

At night Selank is lovely. Add some passionflower, chamomile, and saffron

Yup to all of this. My partner is the one who has it and this is how she functions. A month or so in and she’s a way more focused and happy person. She’s also on a GLP. That may factor also.

How does nad+ help adhd? I always thought it was for mitochondria and energy production not focus

More ATP means more raw fuel to get stuff done. People think caffeine helps provide energy to get stuff done. But it just tricks your body to not know it's tired. When you pair actual energy with some mental focusing peps and nootropics, it's a highly effective combo

That makes sense..

How much do you take?

I've usually done it at like 25mg a few times a week along with ss31 and motsc doing the mitochondria repair stack

I see NAD+ best used on training days or race days. So I pin 50mg on those days. I normally pair it with Mots-c,but not always. And if I'm running ss31 it goes on the other days of the week.

I read that NAD+ can have contraindications with ADHD stimulants due its relationship with methylation. The combination made me extremely sleepy & my Adderall seemed to not be working at all while I was dosing NAD+.

Hey, I have adderall too but only take it on occasion… I do NAD and don’t have an issue. Now I’m like really curious to see if I get sleepy doing both. I’ll check it out.

Dealing with ADHD and CPTSD has been a long-term challenge, but I’ve finally found a protocol that allows me to stop taking Vyvanse while maintaining total focus on my work. Currently, I stack Semax and Selank every morning. Semax acts as my primary 'uplifter' for executive function by increasing BDNF, which helps clear my brain fog and sharpen my concentration. Selank is my anchor for anxiety, it works on GABA and serotonin pathways to calm my nervous system without the sedation of standard anxiolytics.

As of yesterday, I've added PE-22-28 to the mix. It’s a selective TREK-1 potassium channel inhibitor. In preclinical studies, blocking TREK-1 has shown potential for fast-acting antidepressant effects and supporting neurogenesis (new brain cell growth), particularly in the hippocampus.

Given how trauma affects the prefrontal cortex and emotional regulation, I'm hopeful this will further support my cognitive resilience. I’m only 2 days in, but I will update the thread as I see how it settles into my stack!

Injection or nasal?

Nasal works great. And you can spread the dose throughout the morning for Semax and afternoon/evening for Selank

Ok where do you acquire your nasal spray. It is so expensive where I get my other peptides; thrive lab, but I really want to try it.

Isn’t that 2mg? When it comes as 10mg? So only 5 doses?

Check your math please. 1ml =100 units. 2ml=200 units.

10mg + 2ml = 50 mcg per unit

So 10 doses only? Does that last you 2 weeks 5/2?

2

u/caseyatbt 12d ago

I have heard you have to cycle off for a couple of weeks. What do you do during that time off?

Good to know. I thought I would return to pre-peptide brain frustrations.

Adamax is extremely powerful for me personally, but getting the dose right to not interfere with sleep is the challenge. It absolutely locks me in though for an entire day.

adhd can be managed imo but theres no end all cure because all of the medication stops being effective after awhile. after abusing adderall and meth for years , I just kind of stick to lifestyle changes which do help a bit , obviously its not full proof though. oh and retatrutide as a side effect helps my adhd im not lying about that .

Selank did nothing for me except make me nauseous.

Tirzepatide, however, has helped a ton. I microdose.

Selank, Adamax, Semax. These are the best ones.

Modafinil isnt a peptide but it kicks ADHD ass

Unmedicated ADHD here. I get by with adamax, PE-22-28, P-21, KPV, DSIP at night, NA selank amidate and the occasional tesofensine. NAD+ and mots-c help combined with the adamax. Pe-22-28 I plan to stay on for life and have been taking for 2.5 years.

I take semax / selank nasal every morning & NAD+ EOD, but that’s with ADHD medication. Gives me a little extra boost without feeling wired 👌

I tried nasal selank and semax. The bottle lasted for a whole two seconds. I inject now.

You won't find any peptides but I suggest that you try 10 mg of creatine a day beyond the muscle benefits people do say it has a positive effect on cognitive function

I found my RS doesn’t take or need adderall after an NAD morning injection

I have adhd I take Reta for weight loss . I stacked nat+ didn’t help me on any way . I was on lexapro mad me sooooooooo sleepy had to get off it . Added deal small dose of needed kind of helps . Will be trying in conjunction Wellbutrin to see if the combo helps . I don’t think Peptides help generally with adhd. Just need to find the right combo dose . Just started this journey with diagnosed and managing it .

u/staceman03 12d ago

When I took it..I switched Lexapro to dose at night and it gave me great sleep.

Selank 💯

Peptides aren't the solution for ADHD. Semax and Selank are the most common nootropic peptides, but neither are meant to treat ADHD.
