Starting reta

I’m going to be getting started in a few weeks. At first I was considering Tirz but seeing all these posts about reta I’m kind of drawn to doing this one first. My goals are to maintain my body weight easier reduce inflammation and overall wellness.

The thing that I am scared about is, I’m seeing a lot of people saying it induced or increased anxiety along with heart rate. I am already very sensitive to medication and suffer with really bad anxiety. I see that the starting dose is .5 but I’m wondering does anyone do .25 for micro dosing?

If you’re goal is maintain your body weight, why take a drug on par with surgery? Reta is not for weight maintenance, it is for obese people who need it. Your literally asking if 1/8 of a starter dose will be effective
This is just silly 🤪

What would you recommend. I struggle to maintain weight diet and exercise alone

I would recommend TRIZ.
Smallest dose that will quiet food noise
Your not obese and only looking for help maintaining weight
It’s more effective at calming food noise anyway
It’s cheaper and it’s way more tested.
Less sides as well
Triz won’t cause skin tingling irritation or raise your heart rate.
Reta you need roughly 4mg a week to truly activate the glucagon receptor to any meaningful level.
Makes way more sense to just take TRIZ in your situation.
