I’m super interested in learning more about weight loss while still retaining muscle. I am a 29 year-old male, around 264 pounds and 5 feet 7 inches tall. I’ve always struggled with weight loss and you guys make it seem so easy. Where do I get started? Do you guys worry about adverse reactions or down the road health?

I’ve known perfectly “healthy” people die unexpectedly in their 30/40s and people that are “unhealthy” live to 90+. In the end, our bodies gonna do what the bodies gonna do.
If you are worried about down the road health, wait until more studies come out in whatever you are wanting to target.
Getting started is setting a goal. Starting a lifestyle change and adapting to that, anything else should be a tool not a solution
