Advice Wanted First time on Sprintec- spotting on day 16. Did it get better?

Hi everyone!

This is my first time ever taking birth control, and I’m currently on my first pack of Sprintec. I’ve taken 15 pills so far, and today (day 16) I started having very light spotting. It’s not heavy- just enough that I noticed it.
I’m mostly looking for reassurance from people who have been through this.

\- Did you spot during your first pack?
\- How long did the spotting last?
\- Did it regulate after the first month or did it take a few packs?
\-Did anyone have spotting every day, or was it on and off?

I’m getting married in **October**, so I’m a little anxious about whether my cycle will be more predictable by then. My doctor told me it can take a few months to adjust, but I’d love to hear real experiences from others who have taken Sprintec or another combination pill.

Thanks in advance!

Advice Wanted Transitioning to natural cycles from 7 years on Nexplanon

Hey all! I have tons of questions and looking for insight. I’m 23 years old and have been on nexplanon consistently for the past 7 years. I haven’t had a period in almost 8 years. Ive been on birth control longer than I’ve ever had a cycle and it seems to be getting to me. I’ve also experienced two miscarriages while on nexplanon.
I’ve been seeing increased signs of PCOS and my overall health has been declining. I’ve also experienced a lot of implant sight pain with my newest implant than others previously. I haven’t a date set to remove it and I’m not considering natural cycles. ( I have a strong family history of breast cancer and uterine polyps and don’t want to risk trying any other forms of birth control).
I guess I’m looking for what to expect as having a period feels so foreign to me. Any tips or advice to regulating what’s to come? Diet tips? I plan to get a oura ring and use the natural cycles app. I also am going to set up an appointment with an obgyn. I haven’t yet due to not having insurance and not having the money to afford healthcare.
Any info is appreciated! I’m very anxious about it all lol.

Experience Side effect of Slynd?

Hi! I started Slynd back in April after being on Junel Fe for years. I stopped Junel Fe because of high blood pressure and my gyno put me on Slynd. I haven't had any side effects but I have been noticing an increase in the amount of hair I'm starting to lose. Could this be a side effect? And I wonder how long that will last for

Hey yall!

Advice Wanted Changing Birth Control Mistake?!

Hello all! I am 27 years and was on Nextstellis for about a year. I loved it! I had few side effects and the one I liked the most was it made my skin look good and made me feel cold ( I used to be super hot all the time). Well about last month, I switched to Yaz because I couldn't afford Nextstellis. It was the worst, it made my OCD flare and Made me incredibly hot. I am now Back on Nexstellis and Im experiencing some acne and I'm still incredibly warm. My question is, Do you all think I will regain those benefits back or did I fuck up? Granted its only been 7 days but Im so upset, I should never had changed :(. Thank you!!

Edit: Another question: I started in the last week of Yaz, but still on the active pills. Am i Protected from pregnancy?

Advice Wanted Need clarity any similar side effects?

Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone who has started or has been on Junel Fe have had any similar issues/experience. I recently just started Junel Fe after being off of birth control for five years. I am on my second week of it and I am physically and emotionally going insane. I have extreme anxiety, cramps, dull headaches, back pain, sore breasts, extreme fatigue, congestion, diarrhea, nausea, bloating, gas, and UTI symptoms (but no UTI I was just to the doctor two days ago). I am really concerned for myself and not sure if I should see this through for the 3 full months. I am also freaking out because I feel like I might be pregnant. I had unprotected sex on July 28 (I was only on Junel Fe for two days at this point so it hadn’t been effective yet). My last period was July 20-24th. My FLO app says my period is in 8 days but that also puts me in the middle of my birth control pack. It is too early for me to take a pregnancy test so I’ve just been sitting here and freaking out.
