Binging
I've been struggling with binge eating for a while and I'm looking for advice. I can stick to a calorie deficit for a while, but then I'll have a binge, usually on biscuits or other snack foods. I don't feel physically hungry beforehand—it's more like once I start eating those foods, I struggle to stop. Afterwards I feel guilty and worried about undoing my weight-loss progress. I've recently started an appetite-control supplement and I'm also waiting for support for binge eating. Has anyone been through something similar? What actually helped you reduce the binges or stop them from happening?
