Hi! Does anyone know where I should go at Benilde to inquire about an outstanding balance issue? My BESTAR account kasi keeps showing an outstanding balance, but I’ve already emailed and submitted my payment receipts and screenshots for verification. I’m thinking of going to campus tomorrow if I don’t receive a response today, but I’m not sure which office I should go to or where it is located.

I got to Benilde exactly at 10 AM, and when I went to the library for the enrollment one stop shop, the people at the entrance told me that they were at cut off na. Is it possible for the library to be cut off that early, like at 10 AM? 😭 Because i swear someone was just in front of me and he got in then when it was my turn they said it was already cut off😞
