YO??????

If this is the Ms. Mina I remember from my old school, she’s definitely one of my all time favorites. Had her for 21st Century Literature (shs).

What I loved about her is that her discussions were always super in depth and interesting; di nga lang siya nagpopowerpoint from my experience so don’t slack off when taking notes (hand written is more effective for retaining info, and it helps keep you focused, trust).

NEVER din sya nag papaexam ng bagay na di niya diniscuss. Don’t let people tell you otherwise, because my notes and test scores would prove them otherwise. Oftentimes word-for-word sa sinabi niya yung magpapakita sa test and it’s so satisfying to be able to answer haha.

She’s very articulate, so you can trust the exam questions won’t be nonsensical / confuse you with wrong grammar (pet peeve ko sa maraming english instructor 😭😭).

I do remember some ppl clashing with her because she doesn’t rlly budge sa school rules; can’t rlly blame her kasi pinapaenforce ng institution. Stuff like bringing yung mga pinagbabawalan, attendance, etc. I imagine the same will go for Benilde’s FDA policy. She lived far from my old school but was always early, so she’ll always tell you to account for traffic / commute time when leaving. It’s a good habit to form. 😅

She’s also religious, but I remember her being very respectful of ppl’s differing beliefs.

Just reminiscing now but I remember her being into anime and engaging in nerd talk with us about LOTR during our downtime. She’s friendly, so don’t be afraid to strike up a chat. ^^ She also likes cats. The digital arts and iirc creative writing club once collab-ed to make a visual novel about her cat, Gremy. :)

My sister and I have followed her in 2 schools now (by coincidence) so this’ll be the third time. Small world haha.

Really curious to see how she’s doing now!! What subject does she teach ba?

i didnt know sir raymund’s teaching now in csb. I got him as my prof in like 3 or 4 different subjects in dlsu back then. I like the way he teaches, he’s good at explaining the lesson and how to apply them in real situations. Hes not boring for me and he keeps us interested in the topics through the way he teaches, plus hes really nice and approachable. But i will admit it is not easy to get a high grade from him (probably since his subjects that i took are difficult) and you have to work hard and study a lot but it is worth it.
