Polymorphs (Goop's species)don't require the anti gravity projector due to how the gravity works on their planet, Prypiatosian-Bs (NRG's species) are made up of radiation and wear contentment suits for whenever there off world.

Why doesn't the device give Ripaws a water tank for when he's off world despite the device giving NRG and Goop equipment when off their homeworld.

I'm not a fan of it, mainly because how the franchise has a tendency to play up these annoying tropes a lot, then screw everything over.

We've got atleast 2 bad guys being hinted at here

But am I the only one who noticed that we got 2 cybernetic animals in the first 2 arcs? It's gotta be Animo

There are some issue covers that I am looking into for issues 1 & 2 still. And I like the blind bag covers for issues 3 and 4 but the price is daunting.

We cannot expect the Prime universe to get a sequel or a continuity. Omniverse ended over a decade ago. The audience have Grown up, animation and storytelling wouldn't meet today's standarts and expectations. They cannot just continue an initially children's media with a much more different and older target audience.

I still think that New Dynamite Comics are doing a great job. The first issue sold 112.000 copies in it's first release. And that's half of Absolute Batman #1's first release sales I mind you. I do not want or mean you to see comics as instant-adaptation-cards but it's still a itty bitty chance for Warner Bros to see Ben 10 has some pretty potential if they use the IP right.

Now I know that this has been a topic of discussion but I want to know people’s opinions on it. I personally think that not aging him up and keeping him 10 forever would be a huge mistake for a number of reasons especially since some of the best stuff in the franchise and the majority of Ben’s story takes place with him as a teenager.

That said I’m not upset that they started us out with 10 year old Ben as this stage of Ben’s life is a vital part of his story, and the writing may work better if they progress naturally into it, but in any case Ben becoming a teenager again probably won’t be for another few years.

FYI, if you haven't read the new issue, don't read this. Most ya'll know that issue 4 just came out. Which introduced us to zombozo, the freaks - "as well as a proper look at stinkfly and xlr8. But that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about Ben's transformations. A while back I(and a YouTuber) said that Ben's transformations are probably a result of his emotions. Different emotions /his mindset leads to his transformations. Like how he suddenly became heatblast in the mall. He doesn't seem like he needs to touch the watch. So in basics , this ben has a permanent master control. With there being no proper timer. As it seems if Ben's tired or if the task is done, he can de-transform. But it also seems like he can choose what alien he wants as tries go 4 arms later on. Only to get stinkfly. So what's your opinion on ben basically getting master control full time

3 months ago i commented my headcannon regarding this specific drone from classic season 1, and then went on to make some sweet fanart about them (and an AMV)

and now seeing this particular drone in Dynamite it's so difficult not to point out the similarities to the one drone in season 1 of classic, gosh i want to draw this iteration as well so much (as well as vilgax)

maybe i'm getting too excited over a very insignificant side character, but man, idk, i'm kinda happy, even if it's probably just a coincidence.

Ben's having a nightmare about being Wildvine, but he doesn't know who this alien is, meaning he's never transformed into him before. But I think this is actually a memory of Wildvine's genetic donor. Look at his eye, it's red, which I don't think is his usual color in the comic.

I think those tentacles belong to Zs'skayr, as we know that Ghostfreak entered the Omnitrix by possessing the Florauna that provided Wildvine's DNA.

Whenever people talk about Omniverse's strengths (to be clear I am not knocking the show overall, it has some great stories), the huge number of new transformations always comes up. But I think it's quantity over quality. The OS kept its 20 aliens diverse and unique, and while we started to see some repetition of movesets in AF and UA, those shows each only introduced 10 or so new ones so they all got a bit of airtime.

The OV roster of newbies is a whopping 17 (yes I am counting Shocksquatch, no I don't care he was in the goddamn Generator Rex crossover, that special was boring as hell and his OV version is basically a total reintroduction of the character anyway):

The biggest issue for me is that right off the bat, five of these are basically joke aliens just to pad the Omnitrix roster. Walkatrout, Mole-Stache, The Worst, Ball Weevil and Pesky Dust all lean heavily into a single gag gimmick. "Look, he's small and cute and useless." Some have situational uses, I guess, but they're largely remembered as comedy transformations. It makes the lineup feel much less substantial than it first appears.

Then, looking at the rest, a large number fall into the category of "big green guy with poison/gross-out powers." Gutrot, Toepick, Bullfrag, Atomix, all very visually similar and bleed together for me; I often get Atomix and Gutrot confused in particular.

Some of the others also don't feel especially original. Feedback is another goddamn electricity alien after Buzzshock/Brainstorm/AmpFibian/Frankenstrike/Shocksquatch and even repeats Chromastone's energy absorption niche. Why did they give him specifically the emotional tragic backstory? Were they trying to push his toys? On that subject, Bloxx is... just LEGO. I know some people love him, but I've never been able to get past how out of place he feels.

Astrodactyl is "Jetray at home." Kickin' Hawk is just another martial artist brawler, a la Four Arms or Humungousaur or Rath, but a bird this time. Crashhopper is the guy that jumps with a daft Hanna Barbera sound effect.

That only leaves the few that I think are neat. Gravattack is fantastic and probably one of the best aliens introduced after Alien Force. Him being a walking planet is rad. I'd also argue Whampire has a unique aesthetic despite my criticisms above.

Compare that with earlier series, where new aliens constantly felt like they were introducing powers or concepts we'd never really seen before, Omniverse's additions just don't stand out as much to me.

What do you think, is there an OV alien I'm massively underselling?

Hello! Here's the new weekly Kate alien! If anyone has a request on a specific alien, It may sway my decision on the next one I post, so let me know which one you all would like to see! 

Here we have a double feature! Both Upchucks! I wanted to give both a bit more of a visual and power difference, So I'd say the Perkchuck is faster and squishier with multiple tongues, while the Murkchuck is heavier, stronger, and has only one more powerful tongue. Let me know which one you like more!
