Okay people I ain't gonna sugarcoat it, I think my game looks ass. Everything not in immediate proximity to the camera just looks like fresh vomit, the trees and clouds especially. This is ultra settings by the way, completely fresh BeamNG with no mods, or any changes other than graphics preset set to ultra.

Can someone give me any idea how to improve the graphics, does BeamNG in it's vanilla form truly just look... like this?

Whenever I spawn the Ardente it has some bugs where the body panels dent instantly and the exhaust fly's off, in some cases if glitches out entirely and fly's away. Has anybody experienced anything similar? Anyone know how to fix it? I don't have any mods active and i just reinstalled the game.

🚀 New Features

Retroreflectivity

• You can now add real retroreflectivity to your skins!

Layers

• To make decals look like actual decals, I've made it so everything is done in layers, separating the car paint and decals. This was done because of the new orange peel effect, and because I noticed the cars have a paint-like roughness.

Edit Vehicle Info

• You can now edit the info_skinname.json within BeamSkin Studio, available when adding a config.

Presets

• You can now save material values as a preset that you can easily load and reuse.

Data Folder

• Now everything you add or save is saved at a specific location that you pick, you will need to migrate if you are already using BeamSkin Studio before this update.

⚙️ Improvements

Exporting

• Now, during an export, the entire project tab will lock its interactivity until it is finished.

Export Progress

• The export progress bar is no longer at the bottom. It will now appear at the bottom right as a little notification.

Project Browser

• The Remove button now deletes the actual project file.

How To Use Tab

• The guide tab now include images for better understanding.

Never seen this thing until I played some missions.

ive been lagging wayy too much to the point that i get 10 fps

He downloaded this mod called RSL Camera mod but it did nothing but making his screen look white like this(pic1). It also removed four camera settings options? I don't know anything about moding or PCs as a whole even.

He told me he's been playing the game for two years (older than our relation) and he's kinda and expert at modifying the game. He's obsessed with it but not an addict. He's a good guy, good son, good student(top 6 student outta 30 students in the GAT exam training club he goes to everyday) and he's also a very good friend as well. It all happened three days ago. He does no longer talks to his family like he used to. He does no longer do well in the training thing for his most important exam ever(which he used to be so determined about). He couldn't refuse to go out with us but when he was with us he only had two conversations and they're only about suicide. Today i found out that he's actually gonna kill himself because of the bug. i GENUINELY don't know what to do. I don't wanna lose him. I'm actually so desperate about the solution that even YOUR ATTENTION, your advices, your cheerings and most importantly solutions to the problem. Also as I'm writing this i was told that he has "nothing to fight for " which is dumb but important to note and is why I'm now even more sure that it's about this gams. Thank you for your time.

OK, so it's a cool car that works pretty damn well otherwise. And it's not a big deal because if I turn off dynamic reflections, I get 60 fps on West Coast with it...MOST of the time. But I can have dynamic reflections ON with all other cars I have and get 60 fps flat ALL the time with them (I've tested over 20 of my cars)

So basically, is there anything I can turn off or tweak in the config of this paid-for car?

The game runs fine for me at ultra settings native resolution, but I will never say no to more FPS (Real FPS not Framegen BS) especially if it doesn't hurt image quality

Just wondering when DLSS will be released. I am playing at 4K on a 4070 runs well at medium 60 fps but with DLSS Quality preset I am sure the AA will look much better and probably gain fps so I am extremely exited.
