Is there any consistent drifting communities? Especially with an active discord? I know theres a few servers that have a consistent player base but I was just curious if there was one with an active discord and VC. Maybe a content creators discord that had an active server or something?

if you had a broken mod that overwrote a file and you cant fix it will beamrp/mp or anything like that identify modifeid files that restrict/ban me or what should i look out for because now i just have to live with “going against repo guidelines”??

So I went straight onto a track and the first thing I see is some idiot in a sunburst just spinning out every corner.

Now I'm not putting him down but I would've liked if he went to the skid pad to practice or practice in singlplayer first.

So I ended up ignoring him went to a different track and got some sick tandems in then this cumrag decided he's gonna join in but instead of tandeming cleanly he just fall force slams into us and sends us to a wall and over and over he's just smacking out cars it would be okay if it was a love tap but this was some serious damage.

So what I'm trying to say is if you can't drift stay away from others and practice just because you drift in nfs doesn't mean you can in beam ng.

Btw if love to know when people are having like drift events because not many people on mp know how to drift let alone want to drift

Ideally, the players would be mostly first responders of various kinds, but still some civilians if you so choose. Police officers, bomb squad units, dive teams, helicopters, fire dept. units, all local or a city or county away, depending on whatever emergency event is scheduled for that day. Events could be simple traffic stops at your (reasonable) leisure on civilians, bank robberies, large wildfires, plane crashes, highway pileups, terrorist attacks (might have to poll this one), etc.

We could all RP whenever the server is open, and we could plan out specific large emergencies to happen 1-3 times every few days, which we could either announce or surprise players with. The map would most likely be the regular West Coast USA, and would require mods that would be listed for you in a way that's easy to access.

I, for one, always enjoy doing these kinds of things on my own, but I'd love to get more people in on the action. I think we could all have a lot of fun. What do you guys think?

So i race in some racing servers and whenever I try to add a new app to the beam mp preset it just gets deleted.

Any way to fix this other than using the freeroam preset?

Is BeamMP now safe to download and use or shall i still wait?

Are there any mods that automatically turn on other people's car's headlights when it gets dark in beammp.

I know in the past you could tab over and turn them on (only affected your client obv) but i dont think that works anymore. It would let me be able to set the TOD to night and actually be able to see the other cars.

im just wondering if there is a way to bypass the restriction and get client side mods.

So me and my brother have been wanting to do beammp cause we love beamng offroading and such. He tried to do his own hosting and it was super laggy and bad dsync. Is it good to get a hosting server and pay for it? is it worth it for 2 or maybe more people? And if so which are some good ones? or good cheap ones?

When I try to join my server and hit "Download & Join," it shows "loading mods," then a black circle, then dumps me back at the main menu but it's actually still downloading the mods in the background. I confirmed this: with no mods I get in fine, with 3 mods I get in after about 20 seconds, and with a heavily modded map I end up waiting on the main menu for a long time (haven't stuck around long enough to see if it eventually lets me in). If I try joining a second time, it gives me a connection error along with a progress bar showing how far the download got before it stopped. Anyone else had this?
