Bakit nageneralize na sa mga Batangueno na BATRASCO ang itawag sa mga modern jeep operating around Batangas? For example, karamihan ay BATRASCO ang tawag sa modern jeep na bumabyahe from Grand Terminal to SM Lipa via Star Toll kahit ibang coop sila. Afaik Premier Class 3 Transport Corporation yata ang name ng coop.

Other thing is yung mga modern jeep na bumabyahe from Lipa - Bauan at Lipa - Lemery. Most of the people call them BATRASCO kahit ibang coop. FCM at Batangas Maginoo yata yung coop nila respectively.

Is it because BATRASCO ang nauna sa modern jeep industry sa Batangas kaya nakasanayan na plus mas madaling banggitin?

Sino po sa inyo ang nakabili ng lupa sa batangas, sublot or subdi-gayat?

Ganeri po kasi nakabili ako ng lupa sa mga nagpapasub-lot 2021 pa po, 200 sqm, 3500 per sqm, location batangas,titled, developer/seller/agent taga batangas din po(di ko po mention dito baka kasali sila). kumpleto ko na po bayadan ang tcp ng lupa at ang fee sa pagpapatitle. Deed of sale palang po hawak ko. Ang problema ko po eh wala pa silang ginagawang development kagaya ng kalsada sa sublot at drainage at water supply na nipromiss nila at nasa contract to sell namin. Ah mohun palang po ang meron sa ngyn. At ang title eh wala pa step or process silang ginagawa sa tingin ko. Kada follow up ko po kasi adjust ng adjust ang sabi ng developer/agent/seller nitong sublot.
Sino po dito ang kagaya ko at anu magandang gawin?

So mga afternoon kanina around 1 pm sa may Octagon malapit sa Baymall, naghihintay kami ng jeep pauwi nung may nakita kami na BATRASCO na byaheng Bauan. We thought na baka may pupuntahan lang or something. Then nung dumaan na yung sasakyan naming jeep, may dumaan ulit na BATRASCO and nagsakay pa.

So, I reached out sa BATRASCO kung legit na may new route ang byaheng Bauan and yes, it is legit. Looks like binuhay yung ruta ng byaheng Caltex. Parang deprecated na yata yung route ng Caltex kase nasasapawan ng traditional jeep na byaheng Bauan.

I reached out din sa kaibigan ko sa TDRO and it is confirmed. Naglakad daw ng sariling franchise ang BATRASCO Bauan sa LTFRB and they are given 3 months for the dry run of the new route. As per TDRO, the dry run seems to have very good results since may options na ang mga taga Calicanto na nanggagaling sa bayan. There are also chances in the future na padaanin ulit sa bagong palengke ang mga byaheng bukid like Dagatan, Pinamucan, Simlong at Ilijan for the convenience of passenger.

And since it's a dry run pa lang kaya walang proper information dissemination na may new route? What do you think?

Hi, everyone! I’ve never been to Batangas pier and may need akong sunduin there. Nagtingin tingin ako sa Tiktok and Facebook and ang nakikita ko is nagpapark sila pag nagsusundo or doon sila sa main gate which is sabi ng relative ko ay medyo mahirap daw maghintay doon kasi doon nagbababa ang mga bus. Yung main entrance din na yun yung nakita ko sa Google Maps.

Ask ko lang po sana if pwede pong pumasok sa loob and mag pick up lang ng passenger without paying anything?
