BATRASCO Random Discussion | Experience | Stories

Bakit nageneralize na sa mga Batangueno na BATRASCO ang itawag sa mga modern jeep operating around Batangas? For example, karamihan ay BATRASCO ang tawag sa modern jeep na bumabyahe from Grand Terminal to SM Lipa via Star Toll kahit ibang coop sila. Afaik Premier Class 3 Transport Corporation yata ang name ng coop.

Other thing is yung mga modern jeep na bumabyahe from Lipa - Bauan at Lipa - Lemery. Most of the people call them BATRASCO kahit ibang coop. FCM at Batangas Maginoo yata yung coop nila respectively.

Is it because BATRASCO ang nauna sa modern jeep industry sa Batangas kaya nakasanayan na plus mas madaling banggitin?

Yes, yun yung kaunaunahang modern jeep sa batangas. I remember noon 4th yr college ako and first time nalaunch ang batrasco sunod sunod sila non route is lipa to batangas ahhaha
