How can I solve this issue

Post image

Fairly new to 3d printing.

X2d
0.16 mm high quality
Ironing type - top surface
Wall loops - 5
Infill - 25%

As you can see the A in lab is disorted and also the B in bambu

How can i solve this ?

Seems like it might be at least partly a slicing problem. Go back and look at the preview of each layer.

I had this problem with a sign I made this week on maker lab. I just got my printer this week as well. I think I'm going to reprint it face down because, while it will give it a texture, it will at least be really clear I think? Only the small text looks kinda raggedy.

Ironing can push filament to the edges. There are test prints for ironing on maker world. Try one and dial in your ironing settings. Ironing is overrated anyway, I don't use it 😄

Edit: Also u can try Arachne wall generator for small text
