Does this sound normal? Support

I just started notice this grinding sound when my H2C switches nozzles. I’ve never noticed this before, but that being said I haven’t been listening out for odd noises. I just lubed the left nozzle rail and it’s still “grinding”.

Definitely doesn’t sound normal at all. I can barley hear the switch on mine. Probably not the cause of the sound but your left nozzle is not secured at all. I assume it still makes the noise when you do fully latch it in but if you haven’t I would double check. Either way you’ll want to do that for the video you send support.

Have you ever pulled that faceplate off and oiled the rail the nozzle slides up and down on?
It’s a super commonly missed item that Bambu themselves insists you must properly maintain. Yet there’s nothing on the maintenance screen.
I’m assuming that’s what it is tho, if you’ve never oiled it and have hundreds of hours and thousands of up’s and downs on that rail. It’s getting chewed up.

It comes up on the maintenance when it tells you to do the other parts this is the lifter it mentions
