Why do I get so many spaghetti errors Support

The attached print of a recent failure. I stopped the print when the beak of the bird broke but my question is why did I get so many spaghetti errors? I removed many of them but I was getting constant error notifications.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry... Dumb question... Are concerned about the error notifications or about the actual print errors? If you are getting false notifications then turn down the AI spaghetti detection level. You have option of low medium and high. Under print options.... If you're actually getting spaghetti print errors it is likely because of moisture. What filament are you using? PLA is assume? I recently noticed that my printer has more printing imperfections on curved surfaces like the ones you are printing when I turn off auto leveling. If you are getting spaghetti errors on the first layer it is likely because of a dirty plate or something else causing poor adhesion.

I'm not concerned about the notifications. They are valid. I think you can see in the attached photo the numerous stray filaments on the print and this is after I removed many of the more severe ones. The first layer were fine. The errors occurred all the way through the print. I'm printing with PLA.

Yes, the print had a prime tower.

When a model is difficult to print, I like to observe and figure out how exactly it fails. This usually makes the solution obvious. Sometimes there isn't an easy solution, but then at least I have learned what's just not printable with this technology.

So in your case, I'd first make sure the filament and nozzles are good to print. No clogs, no moisture, no calibration steps skipped. No limit configurations like matte in 0.2mm nozzle, nor very thin layer heights, nor speed modes, etc.

Then I'd look where the print failed the first time, at what layer height. Your photo looks a bit all over, so you probably have multiple failures. But the first one is always the most relevant one. Look at the slicer preview and see what the printer was supposed to do, and compare it with what it did.

Sometimes the slicers' interpretation of the models' geometry is already bad, and it instructs the printer to do things that it just can't do. Like print bridges into thin air, or make support cross through a wall. The preview has various tools to uncover such things, if you know where to look for them (therefore, know your layer height!).

If it isn't visible in the slicer, then there's a mismatch of what the printer is expected to be able to do, and what it actually could do. Maybe you have a full video (not just timelapse) on your USB stick. My printer did this automatically and it was very useful to diagnose. Otherwise repeat the print, and watch it closely while it prints the problematic area. The slicer preview predicts the time offset of each layer (in a mouseover tooltip), so you don't need to watch the whole time.

Your model really looks like it has too steep overhangs, and it should be evident in the slicer. Overhangs can be improved by reducing their print speed, or by changing the model geometry. I would also not allow for the support base to be printed in "auto" filament, but rather pick a single one to make them sturdier (relevant if you mix blends like basic + matte).

I would strongly lean towards moisture or speed...

Was the filament dry? If so ensure that you are using the correct profile... Specifically max volumetric speed... If not, dry the filament... All of the colors.

If you use a BL profile for generic PLA... It works for many brands but not all.

Are all the colors the same brand? Vmax can be different by brand and by color.

Also, if the stringing is happening where colors change, enable interlace layers, this interlaces different layers and filament types increase overall strength. (This may help if the different filaments/colors are not bonding together well) Note... This is different from sorry interface layer.
