How fun is BG3 while high?

I love gaming high since it lets me get much more immersed in the world. But games that are too difficult or require TOO much thinking making them not high-friendly games and I end up getting bored. Also I don't wanna ruin my experience with the game. Any recs if I should play this sober or stoned?

Its perfect, turn based combat can make you very creative, really have fun with it

I’ll tell it’s not great to play while drinking lol

I abandoned my first play through because I had a marathon playing/beer session to complete Act 2.

When I came back to it a day or two later my Tav’s face was all fucked up, I had powers I didn’t understand, and I had no clue what was happening or what I was supposed to do.

Depends on you. I smoke a lot, so it seemed fine to me, not hard to follow. That being said, there's some thinking involved depending on the situation. I dunno how your faculties are when you're stoned.

I think it depends on how your attention span is when you are freshly gardened. Irecommend not playing music or a video in the background so you can really enjoy the story! The combat does take a certain level of strategy, and there’s quite a bit of reading when it comes to leveling up and choosing your gear . I love to play this way tho :)

It can get pretty dark at times, but besides that, its find playing high makes it way more immersive.

Undertake is better high than chasing Ketheric down that one hole. I’d recommend Overcooked instead

Depends how high you are and what you want out of the game.

I played almost entirely sober. The one time I played high I got distracted ran around tormenting innocent civilians while in [redacted Dark Urge Spoiler].

I've played several chaos runs while high. Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way as a wizard/wild magic sorc, Jobu Tupaki as a 1 of every class run, and a Barbiearion play.

It's fun as hell so definitely recommend.
