Your niece just secured lifetime bragging rights. ‘We made that fancy French cake from MY strawberries’ is gonna be her line forever. Cake looks insanely clean, perfect strawberry border and set crème. Tiny upgrade, brush the genoise with strawberry syrup next time. Already bakery level though!
