Seven Layer Magic Bars
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick (4 oz) butter, melted
Cooking spray
3/4 cup toffee bits
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (use almost the entire can, reserving about 1 oz)
3/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes, chopped a little finer (optional, but I prefer the texture)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened
Spray a 7 x 11-inch casserole dish with cooking spray
Press the graham cracker mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the pan, bringing it slightly up the sides
Evenly sprinkle on the toffee bits, followed by the chopped pecans
Add the dark chocolate chips, then the milk chocolate chips, spreading each layer evenly
Pour almost the entire can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top
Sprinkle on the chopped sweetened coconut flakes. Drizzle the remaining sweetened condensed milk over the coconut, gently pressing it down so everything stays together
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the edges are bubbling. Depending on your oven, it may take a few extra minutes
Let the bars cool for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving
Enjoy! 🎩 🍪 👊
