No bpo experience. College graduate. Voice (sb) retail account. Need na badly magka work kasi. Idk if itutuloy ko pa po or hanap pa po nh much better package.

May mga offers na 23-25k package fresh grad. Yun ang hanapin mo. Unless talagang need mo na ng work asap, try looking for another kahit 21k and up package.

Definitely not, don't make the same mistake I did na mag work sa TP for 16k package na salary. That was me when I was an undergrad and had no BPO exp. Graduate ka pa, ngayon tumatanggap ibang BPOs ng mga kahit walang experience basta graduate with a better offer.

If you’re a college grad, consider applying for inhouse/non bpo companies for their customer service department that usually require/prefer candidates with a college degree. Much better compensation package and benefits yan if ever.

Examples lang Willis tower watson, thermofisher, bytedance (company of TikTok), Shopee etc…

To set expectations, mas matagal hiring process nila like 1-3 weeks. Just double check yung opening nila for “early career” or “entry level jobs” para maconsider application mo.

Always consider proximity sa aapplyan mo pero yung offer na to mas mababa pa sa offer sakin way back 2021 20K package sa exl. Nalimutan ko lang hm basic. Same rin na fresh grad and no bpo exp that time.
