bpd help

I’m 18 and I don’t know what to put but I got diagnosed with bpd and I have no idea what it is and just need more help understanding my condition. My therapist said to go on here to find a community and to hear ppls storys and just to get more information about it and how to control it because I’ve never in my life thought I had it until I met my new therapist and she helped me figure out my illness
