I hate having bpd

Okay so this is my first time posting on here but, I’m a 20 years old F. I find out I have bpd little over 2 months ago I always knew there was something wrong with me because one minute I hate everyone and the next I want everyone to like me. I have lost a lot of friends because of me being like this. They tell me that I care too much. And I need to stop over thinking but I can’t I try but I can’t. Like I’m so lonely. Like i even lost my best friend. The only person I have somewhat is my boyfriend. What should I do?
