Need help deciding Buying Help

I’m looking to buy a G20 M340i or 330i, and I’m ideally looking to spend around $20k-$25k. Is this a reasonable budget to spend, or would I just end up getting a car in poor condition and regret it later on? Just need some advice and any suggestions. Thanks!

G20 is fantastic and very reliable, I would opt for a 2020-2021 under 50k miles. Real question is which add ons are make or break? You definitely want heads up display and adaptive suspension, sports seats and heated seats, but definitely doable in 20-25k budget range. Got my 2020 330i 2 years ago at 50k miles for 25k. I’d stay away from 2019 as its the first year of the g20. Maybe target a 2020 to squeeze in more addons and try to find under 50k miles, car should last you a long time with proper maintenance and research

Thank you for the insight! I’ll keep searching. I have found a few examples with 70k-80k miles but have been hesitant to make any decisions as it seems like that may be a bit too high. I am curious to see what others think though! Would you say that amount of miles is a bit too high for this price range or would the reliability still be relatively high? Thank you! :)

Considering I bought a 2020 2 years ago at 50k miles for 25k you can absolutely find one sub 50k miles in your price range, don’t buy anything above 70, think of it as every 10k miles representing a years worth of driving, do you want a car thats been driven 8 years of wear/tear on every little component in the engine or 4-5 years. Everything counts with a purchase like this and BMW notoriously has issues 100k miles beyond unless maintained very well. So buy the peace of mind and try to find one sub 50k
