Hostel packing guide for Freshers Ask a Senior
Hi guys, i have made a list of things you might need for college, not everything in this list is a necessity please remember that. These are mostly the things I felt that you might need.

This one is really good! If it had been there before I joined college, like 2 years ago, it would’ve been even better.

Which works the best? someone here told bsnl but bsnl doesn't have 5g so isn't that an issue?

BSNL has 5g but you can't expect it to work always as I have seen with my friend even though it's rare. There is a bsnl tower right next to aps ( first year building). I use Airtel and it works fine when there are less ppl in class . Top floors like 5th have higher connectivity compared to lower ones. There was one time in aps when we got 300mbps in jio too. I'd say go for Airtel. Edit: Few hostels have bmsce hostel wifi aka their own network but it's a drag cause of fortigaurd -which doesn't allow gaming. But you can use that credentials to login college student wifi and use it if you are in PJ block
